Your Order and Account

Please provide accurate contact, billing and domain registration information when placing an order. Keep these details up to date so we can contact you about your services, renewals and account security.

An inquiry or payment receipt alone does not confirm that a domain has been registered or that a service is active. We will confirm the status of your order after the required checks and processing.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and ensuring that anyone acting on your account has your permission.

Hosting Plans and Included Features

Your selected plan determines the storage, bandwidth, email accounts, databases, domains and other features included with your hosting.

Server specifications describe the hosting infrastructure. They do not represent dedicated processor cores, memory or exclusive server access for each customer unless expressly stated in your order.

Features described as “unlimited” do not provide unlimited physical server resources. Usage must remain within the account’s applicable resource limits and must not disrupt other customers or the hosting environment.

Software versions and platform features may change for security, compatibility or operational reasons. Material changes affecting an active service will be communicated where reasonably practicable.

Pricing, Billing and Renewals

Prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise.

Hosting plans displaying a monthly equivalent with a one-year minimum are billed for the stated 12-month term. The monthly figure explains the equivalent rate; it does not mean monthly billing is available.

The total shown for the selected term is the hosting amount payable. Any additional service, applicable tax or separately chargeable item must be disclosed before the order is accepted.

Domain registration, renewal, transfer and restoration are separate services and may carry different charges.

Renewal prices may differ from the original purchase price. Any revised renewal price will be communicated before renewal. A price change will not retrospectively alter an already-paid service period.

Please pay renewal invoices by their due date to avoid interruption or expiry.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New Business Hosting and Turbo Hosting orders include a 30-day money-back guarantee.

If you wish to cancel, submit your refund request to info@vividvisionz.net within 30 days of service activation. Include your account or domain name and payment reference.

Eligible requests receive a full refund of the hosting fee paid for the new order, rather than a refund calculated only on the unused period.

The guarantee does not cover:

• Hosting renewals.
• Domain registration, renewal, transfer or restoration charges.
• Separately approved third-party costs incurred for your order.

Where hosting includes a domain, any domain charge excluded from the refund must be disclosed before purchase. Third-party deductions must relate to costs you approved separately.

We will confirm the refund amount, payment method and expected processing time when reviewing your request. Cancellation of hosting does not automatically cancel or refund a domain registration.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or other remedy required under applicable law.

Domain Registration and Eligibility

Domain registration is subject to availability, payment processing and the requirements of the relevant registrar or registry.

A domain name is not reserved simply because it has been requested or quoted. Availability can change before registration is completed.

Please check the spelling of your requested domain carefully. A registered domain generally cannot be renamed; a different name usually requires a separate registration.

Some extensions require evidence of location, business status, educational status or other eligibility. You are responsible for providing accurate information and any required supporting documents.

Premium names may have different registration and renewal prices.

Domain Registration Details

Before registration, we will confirm the intended registrant details with you. These should identify the person or organisation entitled to hold the domain registration.

You must have permission to register the requested name. Registration does not grant trademark rights or permission to use another party’s name or intellectual property.

Domain disputes, verification requirements and registry decisions remain subject to the applicable registration policies and legal processes.

Registration Periods, Renewals and Expiry

The registration period is stated with the domain price. International extensions may have different available terms. Listed Pakistani domain prices cover the stated two-year registration period.

You are responsible for arranging renewal before expiry and keeping your contact details current.

An expired domain may stop supporting your website and email. Recovery may involve additional charges and depends on the relevant registrar or registry’s rules. Recovery is not guaranteed after expiry or deletion.

Renewal reminders should not be treated as a replacement for monitoring your domain’s expiry date.

Domains Included with Hosting

A domain is included only where expressly stated in the selected plan or order confirmation.

The included extension, registration period and any eligibility conditions are those specified with that offer. Inclusion of a domain does not mean that future renewals or other extensions are free.

Any domain charges that may affect a hosting refund must be disclosed as part of the applicable refund terms before purchase.

Domain and Website Transfers

Domain transfers depend on registrant authorisation, verification, applicable transfer restrictions and the procedures of the relevant registrar or registry.

An included domain-transfer service does not automatically mean that registry transfer or renewal charges are included. Any applicable charge will be explained before processing.

Website migration assistance depends on access to the existing account, the platform used, the available data and the agreed scope.

Please keep your previous hosting active until the migration has been checked. A website migration and a domain transfer are separate processes.

Acceptable Use

Services must be used lawfully and in a way that does not harm other users or the hosting infrastructure.

Prohibited activity includes:

• Distributing malware, phishing pages or malicious code.
• Sending unsolicited bulk email or operating spam campaigns.
• Hosting material that infringes intellectual property or other legal rights.
• Attempting unauthorised access to accounts, networks or systems.
• Using services for fraud or other unlawful activity.
• Running workloads that exceed the account’s permitted resources or disrupt shared services.

If your intended application has unusual processing, storage or email requirements, discuss it with us before ordering.

Website and Account Security

You are responsible for the content, applications, plugins, themes and scripts installed within your account.

Keep software updated, use strong passwords and restrict access to authorised users. An SSL certificate encrypts supported connections; it does not by itself protect a website against every security threat.

If an account is compromised, we may need to restrict affected services while the issue is investigated and resolved.

Backups and Restoration

Backup features depend on the selected plan.

Where listed, Turbo Hosting includes JetBackup 5 and a 30-day onsite backup history. The available restore points depend on the backup schedule, successful backup completion and the data retained.

Onsite backups are not a substitute for maintaining your own independent copies of important website files, databases and email.

Before requesting cancellation, making major changes or moving a website, download a current backup. Restoration may not recover changes made after the selected restore point.

Support and Service Scope

Contact us through the published support channels for hosting, account and service-related assistance.

Hosting support does not automatically include website redesign, custom programming, content updates, third-party plugin development or ongoing application maintenance unless these are included in your agreement.

Response and resolution times depend on the nature and severity of the issue. Any specific support commitment must be stated in your order or service agreement.

Maintenance and Availability

Maintenance, security updates and infrastructure changes may occasionally interrupt access to services. Where reasonably practicable, planned interruptions will be communicated in advance.

Availability can also be affected by network faults, upstream providers, attacks or other events outside our reasonable control.

Any contractual uptime commitment, measurement method and service-credit entitlement must be expressly stated in the applicable service agreement.

Suspension and Cancellation

Services may be restricted or suspended for overdue payment, security risks, unlawful activity or material breaches of these terms.

Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, we will explain the issue and provide an opportunity to resolve it. Immediate action may be necessary to protect customers, infrastructure or comply with a lawful requirement.

Cancellation requests must come from the account holder or an authorised representative. We will confirm the cancellation date and any relevant refund or data-handling arrangements.

Suspension of hosting does not by itself cancel a separately registered domain.

Data After Service Closure

Please obtain your files, databases, email and other required data before a service ends.

We will communicate any applicable data-retention or deletion arrangements when confirming cancellation or termination. A closed account should not be relied on as an archive or backup service.

Changes and Questions

The date at the top of this page identifies the latest revision. Material changes affecting existing services will be communicated as appropriate and applied subject to the agreed service terms and applicable law.
